Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges unless the error was caused by us. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to accept a return simply because you have changed your mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item was damaged during transit, you should contact the shipping company. It would be their responsibility.
